Your last numbers are already there.

Open a routine and start. Previous weight and reps sit beside every set, so you spend less time remembering and more time lifting.

  • Build your own weekly routine
  • Rest timer and full exercise history
  • Swap exercises when the gym is busy

Lunch doesn't need a spreadsheet.

Search it, scan the barcode or take a photo. Fix the portion if it looks wrong. Track every macro, or keep it to calories and protein.

  • Barcode scanning and photo logging

Look back before you change the plan.

A rough Monday is just a rough Monday. The twelve-week view shows whether your training, food and body metrics are actually moving.

  • Strength and volume trends
  • Weekly consistency and streaks
  • Measurements and check-ins

Plan changed?
Tell Coach.

Running late, missing equipment or stuck on dinner? Coach already has the context from your account. It suggests a change, then waits for you to approve it.

  • Reads the training, food and goals already in your account, so you never re-explain
  • Workouts, recipes and multi-week goals land as real entries, not paragraphs
  • Snap your plate and the meal is estimated and logged
  • Every change is shown before it saves, logged after, undoable in one tap

I've got 35 minutes. Can we shorten Upper A?

Keep the bench. Pair the accessories. Skip the last isolation movement.

Ask Coach
YOU"I've only got 35 minutes."COACHKeep the bench. Pair the accessories. Done in 34.
YOU"My shoulder's cranky. Can we keep today useful?"COACHSwaps the pressing, keeps your volume. The change waits for your approval.
YOU"Chicken, rice, and 40 g of protein left."COACHA one-pan recipe inside your remaining macros. Saved. One tap to log.
YOU"Remember my gym's dumbbells stop at 30 kg."COACHNoted. Every plan from here on fits the equipment you actually have.

Now it can watch you lift.

Form Coach turns a set filmed on your phone into measurements: joint angles, tempo, symmetry. It hands back the corrections with the numbers behind them.

  1. Film one setProp the phone at the side of the rack and record two or three reps. Fifteen seconds is plenty.
  2. Your phone does the lookingYour phone reads the movement itself and sends nothing but the resulting position data for analysis. The video stays on your device.
  3. Coach measures, then judgesJoint angles, tempo, range of motion, left-to-right symmetry. Every finding is tied to the number it came from.
  4. Compare against the fixYour rep and the corrected version, same body, side by side in 3D.

Form Coach analyses squats. Every account can film a set. A free account covers about five a month, and Coach raises the allowance.

Phone, tablet, laptop.

OneRep is a web app that installs straight from the browser, with no app store in the way. Log a set on your phone at the gym and it's already on your laptop at home.

All updates
  1. Platform

Your log now talks to your AI assistant

OneRep speaks the Model Context Protocol, so Claude or any other MCP client can read your training and nutrition log and, if you allow it (and only if), add to it. Read-only by default, revocable in a tap, and there is nothing it can delete. That last part was not an accident.

    Read update
  2. Form Coach

Form Coach reads every rep, not an average of them

Film a set and Form Coach now measures each rep on its own, counts the partials it used to pretend not to see, looks at the actual footage alongside the numbers, and leaves you a short checklist for the next set. The average rep is dead. It was never alive.

    Read update
  3. Coach

Coach now works from your goals, not just your last question

Coach reads the goal you set, the check-ins you logged and the last twelve weeks of your training before it says a word, so the advice belongs to the plan you're actually on, rather than to some theoretical person who asks good questions.
